VINTAGE
The Acrobat Brut is a blend of Chardonnay cuvee that has been produced from Mudgee and surounding wine regions in NSW. The Chardonnay grapes were harvested early to retain natural acidity and flavour styles needed for this quality Sparkling Wine.
WINEMAKING
After hand harvesting the grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented with a special yeast at very cool temperatures. Wine cuvee from different areas of the vineyard were kept seperate and matured for over two years. The winemaker then selected the final Acrobat Brut by selective blending of small wine parcels.
COLOUR
Pale straw in colour.
BOUQUET
Fresh lime and citrus fruit aromas with a hint mandarin orange on the nose.
PALATE
Fine, crisp lemon and apple fruit flavours with an elegant finish.

Seafood dish.
CELLARING
A ready to drink wine, enjoy whilst young and fresh.
