2009 / 2007
Vintage
Vintage started two weeks earlier than previous years due mainly to the drought and
warm weather. Yields were significantly lower but the quality of the fruit was exceptional.
Diversity of regions will stamp the 2007 vintage apart from preceding years.
Winemaking
The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night, crushed and pressed before
the chilled juice was clarified. Fermentation followed to ensure the wine retained the
intense fruit aromas and flavours typical of chardonnay.
Colour
Deep straw in colour with green hues.
Bouquet
Intense, elegant aromas of fresh fruit characters of rock melon, lime and tropical fruits
with delicate floral notes.
Palate
This medium bodied chardonnay has abundant fruit flavours with a lingering finish.

Enjoy with seafood bisque.
