Prince Hill Wines specialises in the production of wines for Mediterranean grape varieties which are sourced for
our own and our grower’s premium vineyards on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range. The warm
climate and rich alluvial soils of the region produce Chardonnay, Sangiovese and Shiraz.
Prince Hill Wines has developed into one of the largest wine producer in Mudgee with a genuine passion for
creating wines with local character. We believe that the Central Ranges of New South Wales which comprises of
Mudgee, Orange and Cowra has the potential to become a renowned and world class wine region.
