The Five Shillings Room
This open-plan function space in the cellar door area will accommodate up to 160 people, seated in perfect air conditioned comfort. For a standing reception, up to 200 guests can be accommodated. The surrounding oak barrels and ground to ceiling windows overlooking the hills and vineyard make it a perfect setting.

James Prince Room
Named after the original family who owned the land on which the Winery is located, this room captures the tranquillity and beauty of the views surrounding Prince Hill Wines with the operating winery and glass walled laboratory only metres away. .


It is an inspiring setting for your business meeting, conference, lunch, or dinner function. We can ensure your Audio Visual needs are met and can supply all the latest technology

The James Prince Room can host up to 40 people as a conference and/or workshop space with an adjoining “break-out” room; the large balcony ensuring you don’t miss out on those spectacular views. Situated only 13 minutes’ drive from the airport and 10 minutes from Mudgee, it is extremely convenient.

The venue hire fee is available for full day or half day and includes:

  • Seating for up to 40 people
  • Projector and screen for presentations
  • Whiteboard & flipchart
  • Light refreshments
  • Set up from 8 am
  • Close of conference 5 pm (or by arrangement)

Additional Options:

  • Morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner – price per head dependant upon requirements 
  • Private wine tasting
