Our state of the art winery is the one of the first wineries you come to as you approach Mudgee from Sydney, and is located at 1220 Sydney Road, Mudgee. It has a capacity of 5000 tonnes, and is the largest independently owned winery in the Mudgee Region.
There are three main vineyards surrounding the winery comprising 25 hectares of premium varieties, which include Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Zinfandel & Petit Verdot.
Prince Hill Wines also sources from contract growers with vineyards in premium New South Wales regions within the Central Ranges (Mudgee, Orange, Cowra), Hunter, Hilltops & Tumbarumba.
